Terms of Service for LifeFork

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LifeFork is a social productivity platform that allows users to create, share, and "fork" (copy and adapt) personal growth and habit-tracking plans. The Service may include AI-generated templates to assist in plan creation.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. The "Forking" Logic and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of any plans you create.

Public Sharing: By making a plan "Public," you grant other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to "Fork" your plan. This means other users can copy, modify, and execute your plan within their own accounts.

AI-Generated Content: Plans generated or enhanced by LifeFork’s AI are provided for your personal use. While you own the specific implementation of these plans in your account, the underlying AI models and original templates remain the property of LifeFork.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes self-harm.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. Subscription and Payments

LifeFork offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Premium features (collectively "Premium Services"):

• LifeFork Premium Monthly — billed monthly at the price shown in the App Store.
• LifeFork Premium Yearly — billed annually at the price shown in the App Store.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price tier.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a current period, except where required by law.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6a. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your LifeFork account and all associated data at any time from within the iOS app: Profile → Delete Account. This action is irreversible and immediately erases your profile, subscription records, and AI usage history from our servers. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription; you must cancel billing separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

LifeFork provides plans for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any physical, mental, or financial consequences resulting from the execution of any plan forked or created on the platform. Always consult a professional before starting a rigorous fitness or medical routine.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States (and the State of California, if applicable), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
